Voice broadcast campaigns: when a call beats a message
Some customers never open a text. A short recorded call with a press-1 option can reach them, and it tells you exactly who is interested.
Text works for customers who read. Many don't, especially older customers and people in smaller towns who are more comfortable listening than reading.
What a voice broadcast is
A recorded message of 20 to 40 seconds goes out to a list of numbers at a time you choose. At the end, the listener presses a key: 1 to talk to sales, 2 for a callback, 3 to stop calls.
Where it works best
Admissions and enrolment reminders
Local offers for shops and showrooms
Payment and renewal reminders
Event and camp announcements
Keep it short and local
Record in the language your customers speak at home, say your business name in the first five seconds, and give one clear action. Every key press is logged, so your team calls back only the people who asked.
